NBR is mainly used to make oil resistant rubber products. Acrylonitrile content (%) in NBR is 42-46, 36-41, 31-35, 25-30 and 18-24. The higher the content of acrylonitrile, the better the oil resistance, but the lower the cold resistance. It can be used in air at 120 ℃ or oil at 150 ℃ for a long time. In addition, it has good water resistance, air tightness and excellent adhesion. It is widely used in making various oil resistant rubber products, various oil resistant gaskets, gaskets, sleeves, flexible packaging, flexible hose, printing and dyeing cots, cable rubber materials, etc. it has become an indispensable elastic material in automobile, aviation, petroleum, copying and other industries.
Advantages:
(1) Excellent oil resistance.
(2) Good chemical resistance, good processing performance.
(3) Although NBR has excellent physical and mechanical properties and processing properties.
