The TC oil seal usually consists of three parts: a rubber part, a metal housing and a spring. It is a widely used sealing element.
Nitrile rubber is the most commonly used sealing material. It has good heat resistance and good resistance to oil, chemical solution, hydraulic oil, gasoline, diesel and other oil products.
The TC in the TC oil seal stands for “lips with spring” and refers to the way the seal is constructed. The lip design forms a barrier to prevent oil from escaping, ensuring that they prevent leaks more effectively than other types of oil seals. The spring helps keep the seal in place and prevents it from slipping out of position.
