The KDAS combined sealing ring is a double-acting piston seal, consisting of three parts: an elastomer A, two support rings B, and two guide rings C.
The hardness of the KDAS combined sealing material gradually increases from the inside to the outside. According to its characteristics, it functions as sealing, support and guide respectively effect. KDAS combination seal is a self-tightening double-acting seal.
KDAS combination seal is an integral seal with only one groove for sealing and guide components. Due to the compact sealing structure of KDAS, the overall length of the piston (cylinder) is shorter, which reduces processing costs and has excellent anti-clearance backlog performance. The elastomer will not twist during operation and has reasonable leakage to reduce friction.
KDAS is mainly used for sealing of pistons and hydraulic pressure. Such as: bulldozers, excavators, loaders, cranes, etc.
